为您自动设置Windows的已安装日期/时间为今日。<br />

对了，修改完成后，即操作完成后，请重启计算机，再查看。

程序可被其他程序调用，不阻塞，也无需GUI。2秒后自动消失。<br />
后期我制作的Windows工具箱，需要此功能时，也会调用它。
