天猫超市的返卡机制本质上就是一种“精算”玩法，类似保险公司的思路，专门赚客户的钱。返卡的金额如果过期，他们不会补给你，而是直接收归天猫超市。很多人用不完这些返卡，结果就白白便宜了他们——天猫超市靠这个手段赚钱。更坑的是，充值本金过期后也不会自动退你，必须找“<strong>天猫超市享淘卡官方旗舰店</strong>”店铺人工客服要求退款，光找天猫超市客服根本没用。<br />
