甲骨文首尔是不是已经不香了

如图，最近甲骨文首尔的延迟变高许多，itdog测ping也变成了彩虹桥

首尔的很奇葩，要看IP段的。我132开头的IP60多ms很稳定，但是151开头的200多ms 。。。
