有钱就买，没钱就等。
不能一概而论.也不是简简单单的几个字. 涉及很多问题. <br />
以我所在城市为例. TMD. 市中心根本没降. <br />
但是前些年,向外扩张. 北边,南边.东边 .西边的. 都腰斩了.甚至跌的更多.还有很多烂尾的.
除了北上深，基本全废了
房价涨不涨我不知道，但是物业费肯定不会降，开盘新房物业费创新高
