甲骨文现在是不是不行了？

两台AMD的服务器，刷PT，同样的种子，甲骨文就十多KB的上传，家宽30M上传随便刷个几十G<br />
下载也不快，平均一个种1M的下载速度<br />
是什么因素导致这种情况？<br />
服务器限制了PT，还是配置太低，带不动？<br />
有没有懂的佬，出来解答一下<br />

PS：新加坡地区，用的tr下载器，PT站：fsm

cpu性能瓶颈，amd的免费机gb5 200多，能干的事情不多。

就很奇怪，下载的性能不应该和上传一样吗，不应该才十多KB

1. AMD 的始终免费实例跑 50Mbps 甚至是 500Mbps 都绰绰有余；<br />
2. 建议换 qBittorrent；<br />
3. 不要拿家宽和数据中心比，双方地理位置不同。
