先去新网官网注册个账号，<br />
把域名从代理名下转回到自己的账号下，<br />
再从自己的账号转出新网~<br />

目前没有面板可以改这个状态。。。<br />
这种找ICANN不知能不能转icann.org投诉，新网马上要叫你爹求你撤销投诉。<br />
