就是因为面包车被查概率太高太高了，就这样，每年12分不够扣，罚款也在1-2k，人家是有证的啊，不是你这种没证的面包车不查你查谁
你当天眼开玩笑的，从你上路得那一刻起，天眼就会看你是否符合驾驶的。

不会查。本身你也没法通过车外观来判断是否手动。<br />
现在天眼监控拍你，只能查到有证无证，证件是否过期，车审，保险是否过期。根本没法通过监控你开的车是不是手动。<br />

就像楼上说的，只要你路上不出事故就没事。开手动出了事故，那无论如何都是你全责。

我之前買了輛踏板，也沒有D證，就那樣在路上玩了兩月賣了，中間還無意開上了高架一次，最後到賣車啥事沒有，當然現在已經報名D證了，但沒考試，所以就想發帖問問小車準駕不符有沒有可能也能這樣僥幸
