目前感觉算是缺点的几个地方：<br />
<br />
1.工单提交系统只能单向提交问题，剩下的需要在邮件中进行沟通，虽然优化了一个提交工单的页面，但还是单向提交的<br />
<br />
2.账单生成和机器开通不太同步，很多时候都是机器开通了账单过几天才来（新用户）<br />
<br />
3.每次登录需要验证码，目前没找到哪里关闭

还有一个缺点就是aff太低了，推了半个月也就够自己在他家买个特价机的，可能是利润低？

工单体验这一块确实不太行，效率低回应慢，可能是服务的客户大量，太实时了的话人力成本高
