为啥有些网站查询服务器IP提示ASN block not managed by the RIPE NCC

有些网站查询IP会显示服务商/运营商，但是有些却提示ASN block not managed by the RIPE NCC，这种是后期设置的，还是本身这个服务商IP就查询不到的呀？<br />

另外有啥好办法能查询到网站的服务器是哪个服务商的吗？我一般都是通过站长之家的站长工具查询的<br />
