河北电信，一看某类油管就断流几分钟

现象为：只有我自己ping不通，过几分钟就恢复<br />

感觉是我的IP被电信临时拉黑<br />
<br />
有大佬可以给个方案么<br />

各种协议都试过了，都这样，我擦<br />

我再仔细测一下，看看关掉openart的shellclash，使用PC客户端，还会不会断流<br />
<br />
也许是shellclash的问题<br />
