大佬們有無非常貼近現實的人性課程/書籍推薦的？

有沒有這方面非常劃分詳細，貼切現實的這樣的人性課程呢？因爲我目前也處在這樣的一個情況之下，非常不能理解爲什麼，時不時想起來都會覺得痛苦。<br />
