华为云新用户活动规则有坑，大家注意别掉坑里

你们看看这规则合理吗？<br />

我之前注册的账号没用过，昨天实名认证了下，确定是新用户可以享受优惠，我昨天还选购来着，所以确认是符合新用户这个条件的。<br />

昨天买了个域名提货券，想着再买个服务器，结果提示不是新用户了？这合理吗？<br />

华为云一直是这样，只要稍微消费一点，就不算新用户了，不区分产品的，整个逻辑就有问题
