家人们，IP段被拉入电子监狱了。

今天发现原来不少四川电信用户都有这个问题：https://www.chiphell.com/thread-2688404-1-1.html<br />

IP段被拉入171.213了，四川电信将上传流量多的客户全部拉入了这个节点，然后延迟爆表，QOS,高峰期限速，上传跨网限速，跨省限速。限制在512KB,下行在高峰期也有限制<br />

我用的openwrt查看实际上传，一个月还不到50G，电信丧心病狂了属于是<br />

目前已经投诉等回复了<br />
